Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate and skilled School Social Worker (LCSW) to support students, families, and staff in the Baltimore, MD area schools. This is a part-time, on-site contract opportunity providing critical social, emotional, and mental health support to ensure student success.
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students social, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Provide individual and group counseling services to students.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement effective intervention strategies.

Participate in IEP and 504 planning, offering expertise on social-emotional supports.

Connect students and families with community resources and services.

Promote positive school climate and crisis intervention support when needed.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and district policies.
Requirements:

Masters degree in Social Work (MSW).

Current Maryland state licensure as an LCSW.

Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school settings.
