BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a school district in Plymouth, MN. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a supervising SLP and provide essential speech and language support to students in a collaborative educational environment.

Hours: 36.25 hours per week

Caseload: 4560 students (shared with SLP)

Paperwork: SLPA will not be responsible for any direct paperwork

Preference: Experience with AAC devices is strongly preferred
Qualifications:

Must hold an Associates degree in SLPA or a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders (per new Minnesota law)

Active Minnesota SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one

Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Support students with communication goals as outlined in their IEPs

Assist with implementing therapy activities and AAC device use

Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student success
