A temporary opportunity is available for a skilled Behavior Specialist with BCBA credentials to provide leave coverage in a K-12 school setting located in Anoka, MN. This contract position offers a chance to support students and staff in delivering behavior intervention services during a team members absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans in collaboration with teachers and support staff
- Conduct assessments and analyze behavior data to guide interventions
- Provide coaching and training to school personnel on behavior management techniques
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain documentation in compliance with district guidelines
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working within K-12 school environments supporting diverse student needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, administrators, and families
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively within a structured school schedule
