A K-12 school in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for onsite leave coverage. This contract position offers the opportunity to support students and staff during a temporary absence from January 5, 2026, through February 9, 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavior analysis services in accordance with best practices and individualized student plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective behavioral interventions
- Conduct assessments and data collection to guide intervention strategies
- Develop and monitor behavior support plans tailored to students needs
- Offer training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification and licensure
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings, specifically with diverse student populations
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) practices
- Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated skill in creating and monitoring behavior intervention plans
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 37.5 hours per week
Duration: Temporary leave coverage from January 5, 2026, to February 9, 2026
