Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Requirements
Completion of a Massachusetts-approved Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent degree
Current Massachusetts SLPA license in good standing
Compliance with state and district-required background checks and certifications
Key Responsibilities
Support a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in providing student-centered therapy
Implement communication interventions and IEP-aligned strategies
Maintain accurate records of student progress
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure cohesive service delivery
