Minimum Requirements:

Active New York State Physical Therapist (PT) license.

Prior experience working with children in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine students physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services in school settings.

Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and related service providers to integrate therapy goals into classroom routines.

Maintain accurate documentation of progress, goals, and therapy outcomes.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based student planning.
