About the Role:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide school-based services for K-12 students. The PT will help students develop mobility, coordination, and motor skills to support their participation and independence in the classroom.
Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and create individualized therapy plans

Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
Requirements:

Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy

Active Florida PT license

Previous school-based experience preferred
