Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Leave Coverage | Shoreview, MN
Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing qualified and dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, school-based contract position in Shoreview, Minnesota. This role will serve as leave coverage from November through June, supporting students speech, language, and communication development within a collaborative and inclusive school environment.
Requirements:

Must meet all state and local licensure requirements for Speech Language Pathologists in Minnesota

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
-
Previous experience working with school-aged children or in a special education setting highly preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Typical Responsibilities:
-
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments
-
Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy plans
-
Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students in individual or group settings
-
Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
-
Offer guidance and strategies to staff to facilitate carryover of communication goals in the classroom
-
Incorporate evidence-based therapy methods and assistive communication tools as needed
