Responsibilities:

Assess students needs and create tailored therapy plans

Deliver therapy sessions to improve fine motor and adaptive skills

Collaborate with teachers and parents to support individualized goals

Track progress and maintain documentation per district standards

Participate in IEP development and team meetings
Requirements:

Active Colorado OT License

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

NBCOT certification

Knowledge of IDEA and related school-based policies
