Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant Job Duties

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Assist in implementing IEP goals and therapy plans

Prepare instructional materials and assist in conducting speech-language activities

Record and track student progress, maintaining accurate documentation

Support collaboration among teachers, parents, and school teams to promote student success

Adhere to all state, district, and professional standards and policies
Federal and State Requirements

Associates or Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field

Active California SLPA License required

Experience in school settings preferred

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
