Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) Significant Support Needs Denver, CO
We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support students with Significant Support Needs (SSN) in Denver, Colorado. This full-time position involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students with complex communication needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in school settings and must hold an active Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy to students with moderate to severe disabilities

Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports

Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with the IEP team

Support the use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems as needed

Collaborate with special education teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
Requirements:

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)

Active Colorado Department of Education certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Experience working with students with significant support needs preferred

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
