A well-established elementary school in Waltham, MA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a contract position. This opportunity offers a unique experience working with a diverse caseload across two nearby schools, including a Dual Language School. The role is onsite and spans until May 29th, 2026, providing valuable hands-on experience in school-based therapy.

24 hours per week, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Contract position, from ASAP through May 29th, 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to elementary students across two school sites within close proximity
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress and inclusion
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary planning
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory and school district guidelines
- Adapt strategies to suit the diverse needs of students in the Dual Language program
Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred
- Comfort and willingness to work at a Dual Language School, understanding its mission and community focus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
