Physical Therapist Job Duties

Evaluate students physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to promote student success

Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on student needs
Federal and State Requirements

Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License required

Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
