Aurora students need your SLP expertise! We have multiple openings for Speech Language Pathologists with full-time itinerant or part-time (18.5 hours/week) options. Serve K-12 learners with mild to moderate needs, including ASD and complex disabilities, across two schools (Pre-K-5 and Pre-K-8). Your caseload will average 35 students (+/- 10), offering diverse opportunities to support communication development.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License required
- Colorado Department of Education Certification required
- Experience working with K-12 students in school-based settings
- Experience with mild to moderate communication disorders
- Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex disabilities preferred
- Strong assessment and intervention skills for diverse communication disorders
- Ability to manage caseloads of approximately 35 students (+/- 10)
- Comfort working in an itinerant role across multiple school campuses
- Knowledge of school-based speech language pathology practices
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational teams
- Flexibility for full-time itinerant or part-time (18.5 hours per week) employment
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with mild to moderate needs
- Work across two school campuses: Pre-K-5 and Pre-K-8
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Support students with ASD and complex disabilities
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Manage itinerant caseload of approximately 35 students (+/- 10)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
- Travel between assigned school campuses as needed
