A Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) position is available for the current school year in Saint Augustine, FL. This contract role involves supporting K-12 students across multiple school sites within the Jacksonville area. The SLPA will work closely with a virtual Speech Language Pathologist, delivering speech therapy services in an on-site, itinerant capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Collaborate with a virtual Speech Language Pathologist to implement therapy plans
- Travel between multiple school locations within the district as assigned
- Maintain accurate records and document therapy sessions
- Adhere to all licensing regulations and school policies
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) licensure required
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple sites effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to collaborating with virtual therapy providers

Schedule: 35 hours per week, school calendar year duration
