Blazer Jobs is partnering with a supportive elementary school in Acton, Massachusetts to hire a school-based mental health professional open to Counselors, Social Workers, or School Psychologists to provide in-person support for students in grades K6.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and small-group counseling to support social-emotional development

Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families on student success strategies

Participate in IEP/504 meetings and assist with intervention planning

Maintain documentation and contribute to a supportive school community
Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts licensure as a School Counselor, Social Worker, or Psychologist

Prior school-based experience required

Must complete CORI background check and fingerprinting
