A school social worker position is available at an elementary school located in Derry, NH. This contract role covers the current school year (CSY) and offers an opportunity to support students social and emotional well-being within an educational setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of student needs and individual circumstances
- Developing and implementing intervention plans to address social, emotional, and behavioral issues
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, families, and community resources to support student success
