About the Role
Were seeking a collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our school-based team in Aurora, CO. Thisrole supports elementary and middle school students, providing direct therapy and consultative services to strengthen communication, language, and social skills for academic success.
Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for elementary and middle school students.

Provide therapy in classroom and small-group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and service providers to support student progress.

Maintain documentation and compliance with state and district regulations.
Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences/Disorders.

Active Colorado SLP license; CCC-SLP preferred.

School-based experience with elementary and middle school students a plus.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
