Role Summary
As an SLPA in Houston, TX, you will assist in providing speech and language services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist, helping students improve their communication and academic performance.
Responsibilities
Implement therapy activities and treatment plans designed by the supervising SLP.
Support students in developing speech, language, and communication skills.
Record and track student progress and performance data.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the supervising SLP.
Assist with preparing therapy materials and documentation.
Requirements (Texas)
Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant studies or related field.
Active Texas SLPA license.
School-based experience preferred.
Employment Details
Full-time, on-site in Houston, TX.
Hourly rate: $37$42/hour.
