Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide occupational therapy services within a K-12 school setting located in Spring, TX, supporting student evaluations and ongoing therapeutic support. This contract position requires in-person presence and focuses on completing initial evaluations as well as follow-up observations, report writing, and parent communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and complete three occupational therapy evaluations by February 13th.
- Observe students regularly to assess progress and needs.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation based on evaluations and observations.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff to support student success.
- Collaborate within the school environment adhering to onsite-only requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license appropriate for school settings (SLP license mentioned may need clarification).
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in K-12 educational settings.
