Were seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive school-based team in Tavares, Florida. This full-time, onsite role provides the opportunity to help students develop the skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and physically.

Schedule: MondayFriday, 3540 hours/week

Dates: ASAP End of School Year
Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed OT.

Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).

Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student progress.

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
-
Recommend adaptive equipment or strategies to improve participation and independence.
Qualifications:

Active Florida COTA license (or eligibility to obtain).

Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
