This opportunity is for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) serving students in a K-12 school setting in Parkville, MD. The role involves providing essential speech-language therapy services across multiple school locations, supporting preschool through middle school students. The contract positions are onsite only, requiring a dedicated professional committed to direct student interaction.
Available positions include:
- Full-time itinerant SLP working with preschool students at various community preschool sites, with a schedule from Monday to Friday.
- Full-time SLP supporting elementary students (PreK-5) split between two elementary schools, working Monday through Friday.
- Part-time SLP serving middle school students (grades 6-8), with supervision responsibilities for an SLP Assistant, Monday through Thursday, with an option to extend to full-time Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student communication outcomes.
- Supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as applicable.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and district standards.
- Participate actively in team meetings and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Active Maryland professional licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with diverse student populations across early childhood, elementary, and secondary levels.
- Ability to provide itinerant services and manage caseloads effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage collaboratively with school personnel and families.

Contract Duration:
- Multiple start and end dates between December 2025 and June 2026, with potential extensions into summer programs (Extended School Year).
