Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education planning.
Qualifications:

Masters Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.

Active Maryland OT License required.

Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
