An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students within a school setting located in Poulsbo, WA. This contract position is ideal for a dedicated professional focused on enhancing the educational and functional experiences of children through targeted therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and services tailored to the developmental needs of K-12 students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support students in achieving greater independence and participation in school activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulations.
