A K-12 school district located in San Elizario, TX, is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time and part-time contracts for the current school year. The position offers on-site work within a responsive and decisive district, known for extending offers during interviews when candidates meet their needs. The district has an immediate need to fill three additional SLP roles to support student services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders for students across K-12 grade levels.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other specialists.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines.
- Collaborate with educational staff to support communication development and facilitate student success.
- Participate in professional development and team meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- Current valid State Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure.
- Experience working with school-age children (K-12) preferred.
