This full-time contract position is for a licensed school psychologist (LSSP) to serve a K-12 school in Clint, TX. The assignment runs from ASAP through June 12, 2026, with potential part-time opportunities considered if full days are worked. This role offers the chance to provide comprehensive psychological services within a responsive and decisive school district that expedites the interview and hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students across K-12 grade levels
- Provide counseling and intervention services tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop effective educational plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute behavioral and cognitive insights
- Document and maintain accurate records of all evaluations, interventions, and communications
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a licensed specialist in school psychology (LSSP) required
- Experience working with K-12 student populations in a school setting preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to provide bilingual services is a plus
- Must provide an image of current licensure upon application
