Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Lowell, MA, supporting K-12 students for a full semester contract. This role offers 32.5 hours per week with flexibility for part-time candidates as well. Two openings are currently available to cover maternity and medical leaves, with start dates ASAP and end dates to be determined.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop detailed reports for students
- Deliver direct speech and language services to students
- Collaborate on IEP development including writing goals and documentation
- Consult with teachers and communicate effectively with parents
- Maintain thorough compliance with school-based speech services
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP licensure in Massachusetts required
- Previous experience working in school settings with K-12 students
- Ability to work onsite full-time due to caseload demands
- Completion of CORI background check and fingerprinting as mandated
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
