Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available at an elementary school in Framingham, MA, for a full semester contract. This role is critical in supporting an ASD student population requiring specialized communication services. The position requires 32.5 hours per week onsite due to caseload demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop detailed reports
- Deliver individualized speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators and parents through consultations and regular communication
- Participate in IEP writing and goal setting
- Utilize Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices effectively with students
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience in school-based SLP services, particularly with ASD populations
- Proficiency with AAC devices is essential
- Must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), be a Clinical Fellow (CF), or a strong Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), with CCC strongly preferred
- Compliance with CORI background check and fingerprinting is mandatory
- Ability to work onsite full-time throughout the semester
- Available to start ASAP
