Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Boston, MA. Two openings are offered for full-semester contracts, with options for part-time candidates as well. Both positions require onsite work due to caseload demands.
Position Details:
- Hours: 32.5 hours per week
- Openings: 2
- Role 1: Covering maternity leave; start ASAP; end date TBD
- Role 2: Covering medical leave; start ASAP; end date TBD
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and prepare detailed reports
- Deliver direct therapy services to students
- Participate in consultations, develop IEP goals, and write reports
- Communicate regularly with parents and teachers regarding student progress
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Active SLP licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Prior school-based SLP experience
- Ability to work onsite full time due to caseload requirements
- Completion of CORI background check and fingerprints
- Willingness to participate in Zoom interviews
