Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for students with various needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with educational goals
- Provide direct physical therapy services to enhance student mobility, function, and participation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and comply with relevant regulations and policies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall program improvement efforts
