Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide comprehensive speech and language services within K-12 school settings and Early Intervention programs. Serving students in Carbon and Lehigh Counties, PA, this contract role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on diverse student populations throughout the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy programs for students across multiple school districts
- Collaborate with educators and families to support communication goals
- Conduct assessments and document progress in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide services consistent with all school schedules and program requirements
Qualifications:
- Pennsylvania PDE certification in Speech and Language (Ed Sp/Instructional I) is required
- Active PA Speech-Language Pathologist License is preferred
- ASHA Clinical Competency Certificate (CCC) strongly preferred
- Experience working with K-12 student populations in schools and Early Intervention is highly valued
- Proof of active licensure must be provided upon application

- Positions located throughout Carbon and Lehigh Counties, Pennsylvania
- Service areas aligned with the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit 21
Work Schedule:
- Contract runs approximately from ASAP through June 12, 2026 (tentative and aligned with school calendar)
- 35 hours per week
