A full-time School Psychologist position is available at an elementary K-8 school in Gadsden, AZ. This contract assignment runs through the current school year, with an anticipated end date of May 27, 2026. The role involves providing direct psychological services onsite, including evaluations, consultations, intervention development, IEP collaboration, and crisis management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for students in grades K-8
- Collaborating with educators and families to develop effective interventions and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Providing consultation to school staff regarding student needs and progress
- Managing crisis situations promptly with a student-centered approach
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation according to district protocols
Preferred candidates will hold an active Arizona Psychologist license and educator credential, along with an IVP fingerprint clearance card. These credentials must be included in the application for consideration.
