Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide specialized support in an educational setting in Cambridge, MA. This role involves travel to multiple school sites to deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals
- Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions targeting speech, language, fluency, and social communication
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of various speech and language disorders in children
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel between multiple school locations
