A K-12 Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) role is available supporting teletherapy services within a school district near New Orleans, LA. This contract position runs through May 22, 2026, with a start date as soon as possible. The position requires delivering full-time teletherapy sessions in accordance with the school calendar, Monday through Friday, for approximately 35 hours weekly.
Key responsibilities include providing teletherapy speech-language services to students, developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with educational staff to support student communication development. The role may involve working across multiple schools and caseloads.
Qualifications and experience sought include:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state license in Louisiana as well as licensure in the candidates state of residence
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum of three years experience working in a school setting, preferably in Louisiana
- Proficiency in teletherapy delivery and relevant technology platforms
- Successful completion of a technology screen and professional reference verification
