Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support high school students in Springfield, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, onsite position offering both direct therapy and consultative services.

Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week (MondayFriday)

Caseload: High school students, including both general education and Life Skills/LINKS programs

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts SLPA license required

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university

Minimum of 1 year of experience in speech-language pathology preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students

Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student communication goals

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
