Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours per week

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a Springfield-area school district to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the 20252026 school year. The selected candidate will support a high school caseload, providing direct and consultative speech services to both General Education and specialized programs such as Life Skills and LINKS.
Were seeking an SLPA comfortable working with students with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. The role involves close collaboration with supervising SLPs and teachers to promote student communication and independence.
