We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide specialized services within a K-12 school setting located in Tacoma, WA. This position is a contract role for the current school year (CSY), focusing on delivering high-quality therapeutic support to students across various grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate student needs related to physical therapy services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant school policies.
- Adapt therapy interventions to support each student's educational goals.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in K-12 environments.
- Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and educational protocols.
