A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in the Winter Garden, FL area for the 2025-2026 school year. This position supports K-12 students across multiple private schools on an itinerant basis, providing vital speech-language services to diverse learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students in private school settings.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Florida state and ASHA regulations.
- Travel between assigned campuses to provide consistent and effective therapy services.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Valid Florida state license to practice as an SLP.
- Experience working with school-age children, K-12 preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage an itinerant caseload across multiple school sites.
- Strong communication skills and collaboration abilities.
Location and Schedule:
- On-site work in Winter Garden, FL, serving private schools including Saint Mary Magdalen Catholic School, The Masters Academy, International Community School, and others.
- Full-time contract position from ASAP through May 27, 2026.
