Located in Rochester, MI, this K-12 school district seeks a dedicated social worker to provide vital social-emotional support to students and staff on a contract basis for the 2025-2026 school year. The role involves working directly with general education students through individual and group sessions and supporting classrooms and school buildings by delivering professional learning and assisting with the implementation of positive behavior programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide social-emotional support to K-12 students individually and in groups

Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree required, with one of the following credentials or licenses:
- Licensed Masters Level Social Worker (LMSW or School Social Worker)

- Licensed Masters Level Marriage and Family Therapist
- Licensed Masters Level Professional Counselor or Limited Licensed under supervision
- School Counselor License (SCL) or equivalent with plans to meet counselor licensure requirements
- Experience working in school settings supporting social-emotional or behavioral interventions
- Strong skills in implementing positive behavioral support methods and professional development
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and collaboratively working with school teams
