A physical therapist is needed to provide specialized support within a K-12 public school setting in Anaheim, CA. This part-time position is designed to cover maternity leave through the end of the school year, with a potential to work around 20 to 30 hours weekly, offering some scheduling flexibility.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering physical therapy services to students ranging from preschool through high school
- Managing a caseload currently consisting of approximately 35 students, maintaining around 20 billable hours per week
- Collaborating with school staff and families to support student development and mobility goals
- Documenting therapy sessions and tracking student progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- Ability to work on-site full time or part-time with a flexible schedule
