Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for two full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support a K-12 school district in Riverside, CA. These contract positions span the full school year, with the potential for approximately six months of work. The role primarily focuses on elementary caseloads, with some opportunities to work with secondary and Pre-K students.
Responsibilities include assisting Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) by managing portions of their caseload to alleviate workload pressures. The schedule operates on a two-week rotation, requiring work at different school sites each day. Over the course of this rotation, SLPAs will serve at a minimum of 10 diverse school locations, promoting variety and adaptability in service delivery.

- Prior experience working in school settings is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work across multiple school sites on a rotating schedule.
- Bilingual Spanish language skills are highly valued and will enhance candidate suitability.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively support students and SLPs.
