Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting to cover maternity leaves and provide support for itinerant students. The position starts in mid-October and extends through August 7, 2026. With a schedule of 35 hours per week, part-time candidates will also be considered.
Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive speech-language services for students across multiple grade levels, collaborating with educational staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and supporting communication development for diverse learners.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) certification with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure
- School-based SLP experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain Pennsylvania clearances
- Reliable transportation for onsite work across assigned locations
- Comfortable participating in an initial interview via Zoom
This position involves working onsite within school environments in Lackawanna County initially, then supporting itinerant students in the Dunmore, PA area during the spring.
