Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is needed for a part-time contract position during the second semester at an elementary school in Providence, RI. This role provides essential support to students primarily in Pre-K, with occasional services for grades 1 through 3.

Duration & Hours:
- Contract from January 5, 2026, to June 15, 2026
- Part-time schedule, 2 days per week (flexible days except Fridays)
- Work hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to young learners, primarily Pre-K through grade 3
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support students developmental and functional needs
- Maintain documentation and comply with school and state regulations
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student goals in a school setting
Qualifications:
- Active state license as an Occupational Therapist or COTA
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school environments is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
