Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Occupational Therapist is needed to provide services for K-12 students across four schools in the Atlanta area. This contract position is onsite only and will support a variety of student needs within the school setting. The assignment is from ASAP through May 22, 2026, offering the opportunity to work a consistent 35-hour week focused on student development and therapeutic support.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure required
- Experience working in school-based settings with K-12 students preferred
- Strong understanding of educational and therapy collaboration
- Ability to manage caseload and coordinate services across multiple locations
- Reliable availability for full-time onsite work (no hybrid or remote options)
Location:
- Four schools within the Atlanta area, including Hope Hill, Hillside, Springdale Park, and Morningside
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students according to individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student success
- Document therapy plans, progress, and outcomes in compliance with district and regulatory requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches to education
- Manage and prioritize caseload efficiently across multiple campuses
