Support the communication development of K-12 students by providing skilled assistance as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a full-time contract position from January 12th, 2026, to May 21st, 2026. This role is based in Columbus, GA, within a public school district serving diverse student populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including virtual team members, to support individual student speech and language plans.
- Manage a caseload that may involve working across 1 to 3 different school locations depending on current needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely daily logs for timesheet and reporting purposes.
- Communicate effectively and reliably to ensure seamless service delivery across in-person and virtual teams.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current SLPA registration with the Speech Board.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for documentation and reporting.
