Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This contract position offers an opportunity for a fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide maternity leave coverage at an elementary school serving students from Pre-K through 8th grade. The role is based in Hamburg, NJ, within Warren County Special Services School District, with the district office located in Oxford, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy services to students in grades Pre-K to 8
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and progress reports
- Adhere to state licensing requirements and district policies
Qualifications:
- Fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP); candidates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are not eligible
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively

- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:50 AM to 3:05 PM (32.5 hours per week)
- Contract Duration: ASAP through 5/29/2026
