A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for maternity leave coverage at an elementary school located in Hamburg, NJ, within Warren County. This contract role runs from ASAP through 5/29/2026, serving students from Pre-K through 8th grade. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:50 AM to 3:05 PM, totaling 32.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students across Pre-K to 8th grade.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state licensing and school regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
Qualifications:
- Full licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the appropriate state credentials.
- Experience working in school settings, especially with Pre-K to 8th-grade populations.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders common in pediatric populations.
- Ability to manage caseload autonomously and efficiently.
- No candidates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CF) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) positions will be considered.

- Note: District office is located in Oxford, NJ, but this role is based at the Hamburg school.
