A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in teletherapy services within schools in the New Orleans, LA area. This full-time position involves providing telespeech and teletherapy support to school-aged children under the Jefferson Parish school district, with specific caseload details to be determined.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering remote speech-language therapy services aligned with school curricula and individual student needs.
- Conducting teletherapy sessions adhering to district policies and telehealth best practices.
- Collaborating with school staff and families to monitor and document student progress.
- Completing required district credentialing and administrative forms promptly.
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Louisiana state license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Minimum of three years experience in school-based speech therapy, specifically within Louisiana schools.
- Proven expertise in teletherapy service delivery.

Schedule and assignment details:
- Full-time commitment, 35 hours per week (7 hours daily with a 30-minute unpaid lunch), Monday through Friday following the school calendar.
