A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services within the New Orleans, LA area. This full-time role requires delivering remote speech-language pathology support in compliance with school calendar schedules. The assignment extends through May 22, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide teletherapy speech-language pathology interventions to school-age children, with caseload details to be assigned
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized communication plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required district credentialing forms
- Adhere to school district policies and procedures governing teletherapy services
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Louisiana state license and current full licensure in residing state
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Louisiana school settings
- Demonstrated experience delivering teletherapy services
- Successful completion of technical screening
- One professional reference available
- Availability for an internal eligibility interview to assess suitability
Additional Details:
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week; Monday through Friday; 7 hours per day plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch, aligned with the school calendar
