Blazer Jobs is seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide therapy and support services to students in the Stafford, VA area schools. This is a full-time, on-site contract opportunity offering the chance to make a lasting impact on students communication and academic success.
Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.

Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support communication goals.

Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and maintain accurate student records.

Educate staff and families on communication strategies to reinforce therapy goals.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Current CCC certification from ASHA (Certificate of Clinical Competence).

Active Virginia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).

Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
